Product & Influencer Marketing Manager, xStocks Kraken is a mission-focused company rooted in crypto values, committed to accelerating the global adoption of crypto. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with a background in growth, product and influencer marketing within the crypto industry to help execute rapid scaling of xStocks, our tokenized equities product. You will partner with the Lead PMM to develop and lead go‑to‑market strategy, campaign management, influencer initiatives, and ensure compliance. Responsibilities Along with the Lead PMM for xStocks, develop and lead GTM strategy, driving awareness, acquisition, and retention for the xStocks ecosystem and products Own the full end‑to‑end campaign management process, from strategic planning to execution, across various channels (email, social, influencer, display, ATL) Translate the xStocks / tokenized equities offering into compelling, easy‑to‑understand value propositions that resonate with diverse audiences Work closely with product managers, growth teams, design, analytics, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives Lead and execute xStocks’ global influencer marketing initiatives to drive xStocks engagement and product adoption Support scaling xStocks go‑to‑market efforts by improving workflows, utilizing technology platforms, and coordinating with external partners and agencies in international regions Ensure all influencer activity complies with applicable financial promotion and influencer marketing regulations globally, including required disclosures and content monitoring Collaborate with influencers and internal creative teams to develop compelling, authentic content that aligns with Kraken’s brand voice and campaign objectives Skills and Experience 5+ years in a marketing role where you autonomously developed marketing/growth strategies and delivered successful campaigns Significant experience with Product, Growth & Influencer Marketing, predominantly in the crypto space A proven track record in growing new users in a highly competitive and regulated environment Ideally located in APAC or Europe timezone but with global experience in regions all over the world Advanced crypto / equities / tokenized equities knowledge including how crypto products work, crypto revenue models, and the crypto players in your region Existing relationships with crypto and adjacent industry influencers Experience with software to manage influencers across the deal’s lifecycle and scaling processes to handle >100 influencers Experience across a large product suite, where we may leverage different influencers to promote multiple topics and products Strong experience leveraging marketing analytics, including how to measure partnership success Creative thinking grounded in logic and data, while being capable of supporting and persuading others to enact ideas Legal and Equity Statements We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
