The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliSolution Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and customize Salesforce.com applications to meet business requirements./liliRequirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications./liliImplementation: Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects within Salesforce./liliTesting and Validation: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions./liliDocumentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing./liliSupport and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements./li/ulpCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
