These services include minor emergencies, injury care, pre-employment services, drug screens, physical therapy, online reporting, and an expanded complement of occupational health services./ppWith the growing demand of our services and expansion of medical centers, we are seeking to add a Regional Vice-President, Network Payor Relations who has a proven track record in outside sales and account management in the workers compensation managed care industry. This person must possess the ability and skillset to promote service-line benefits, educate and influence network/payor relationships and expand our third-party contacts within the industry./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliFoster deep relationships/partnerships with key network/payor and critical third party decision makers./liliMaintain ongoing relationships with networks/payors while identifying new contacts to expand and enhance existing relationships./liliPartner with and participate in business development efforts and evaluation of expansion feasibility including proactive payor discussions/liliAssist leadership in developing overall network/payor strategy in new and emerging markets in the Region./liliWork professionally and collaboratively, as the network/payor expert, to promote Nova Medical Centers service offerings in the Region./liliProvides network/payor support to sales and marketing./liliTakes lead in coordinating resolution of network/payor issues./liliMaintains up-to-date competitive information, including: network participation, network reimbursement, provider incentive arrangements, medical and utilization management practices, technology and electronic communication methods used./liliKnowledge and understanding of managed care policies and practices that meet local, state and federal regulatory requirements./liliEstablish strong and supportive working relationships with other Nova departments/divisions./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./liliMust live within Georgia or Tennessee./liliRemote work./liliMust have a minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience in workers compensation managed care industry./liliMust have a bachelors degree from an accredited university./liliShould have relationships with carriers, TPAs, and brokers in workers compensation industry./li/ulpstrongExperience:/strong/pullistrongMust have a minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience in workers compensation managed care industry./strong/liliMust have a bachelors degree from an accredited university./liliShould have relationships with carriers, TPAs, and brokers in workers compensation industry./li/ulpstrongSkills Knowledge:/strong/pulliKnowledge of Workers Compensation laws and regulations as well as managed care practices/liliExcellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills/liliPC literate, including Microsoft Office products./liliLeadership/management/motivational skills./liliAnalytical and interpretive skills/liliStrong organizational skills/liliExcellent interpersonal skills/liliExperience in successful conflict resolution and relationship management/liliDemonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of team/lili#LI-ND1/li/ul/div
