What to Expect The Instructional Designer, Factory Training will develop engaging learning experiences and training solutions in a variety of media to improve production KPIs. This is a unique opportunity to work on a world‑class instructional design team that works cross functionally with various Tesla stakeholders, analyzes difficult problems, designs novel solutions, develops JIT training in a fast‑paced environment, implements in the most effective ways, and evaluates behavior change. An extraordinary degree of creativity and self‑motivation is expected.
