We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our innovative design team. Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation Create compelling user experience designs for web and mobile applications across multiple platforms Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and gather feedback for iteration Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards throughout the organization Design Tools Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Principle, InVision, Framer, Zeplin UX Research User Interviews, Usability Testing, A/B Testing, Journey Mapping, Persona Development, Analytics, Surveys Design Principles Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Design Systems, Accessibility (WCAG), Responsive Design, Typography Qualifications 5+ years of professional product design experience with a focus on digital products Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and successful product launches Proven experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and design tokens Experience with responsive design and designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet) Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams Include 3-4 detailed case studies showing your design process from problem identification to final solution, including user research, ideation, iteration, and impact measurement. Visual Design Demonstrate strong visual design skills through high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and branded experiences that show attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility. Problem Solving Show examples of complex design challenges you've solved, including your thought process, constraints you worked within, and how you measured success. Include examples of work done in collaboration with teams, showing how you incorporated feedback and worked within technical constraints.
