Job Overview
We are seeking a digital marketing champion to join the marketing group at Ritz‑Craft, helping to focus and build out our market presence with the Ritz‑Craft Corporation brand and product offering. This position requires creativity, enthusiasm, and attention to detail in a growing and exciting team.
What to Expect
You will develop, design, and build digital content initiatives across channels such as websites, emails, blogs, digital advertising, video, and social media to reach target audiences and boost overall product awareness. You will lead special marketing projects aligned with our growth map and strategic plan for 2026 and beyond.
Primary Responsibilities & Core Skillset
General administrative work in advertising and marketing team initiatives.
Administer strategic digital marketing initiatives, including website, digital, social media, and analytics.
Coordinate events for internal and customer audiences.
Create digital content for outreach campaigns.
Update internal website(s) and platforms, coordinating with third‑party resources when needed.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and increase website traffic.
Administer Paid‑Click, Social Advertisement, and other paid initiatives to optimize ROI.
Administer email campaigns and customer engagement automation.
Provide reporting and analytics to optimize web and content channel performance.
Improve website and online user experience for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Oversee ongoing social media content calendars, ensuring timely, engaging, brand‑aligned content.
Create graphical design assets for product and service promotion.
Order and maintain company merchandise for employee initiatives.
Collaborate cross‑team with other John Brothers Holding (JBH) companies as needed.
Additional software knowledge of WIX, Asana, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Wordpress, and MS Office products is a plus.
Skills and Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of digital marketing and social media experience.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.
Knowledge of current social platform trends.
Expertise in administering social marketing campaigns and platforms.
Expertise in SEO and Google AdWords best practices.
Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
Ability to prioritize duties, adhere to deadlines, and remain task‑oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service skills to address needs and concerns.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong organizational abilities, including planning, delegating, and business procedures.
Sound judgment, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of the construction industry (plus).
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry (plus).
Knowledge of modular construction industry (plus).
Additional software knowledge of WIX, Asana, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Wordpress, and MS Office products is a plus.
