The Retail Media Sales Supervisor is part of the Global Digital Experience team and reports directly to the Retail Media Network team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic media sales, leveraging our growing digital out‑of‑home and off‑site solutions to engage key CPG clients and their agencies. Your Key Responsibilities
Support the management of partnership development and activation strategies for CPG companies across all marketing channels for key Circle K US Business Units. Work alongside the Sales team as well as cross‑functionally across Digital Ad Ops and external partners to create alignment on customized activations in support of key partner needs. Partnership strategies focus on O&O digital channels, off‑platform media, traditional store assets (digital) and more. This role will be responsible for maximizing CPG partnership growth, while leveraging evolving capabilities. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with media agencies, brands (CPGs) (advertising and digital media teams), marketing operations team, merchandising and other key stakeholders and partners.
This position will be based in Charlotte, NC.
Day To Day
Drive media sales and cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities in the US market.
Learn and begin to lead the development and activation of Omni‑Channel and Customized marketing plans for CPGs.
Assist in managing relationships with key partners, and build effective communication strategies, and synergy across internal teams, the partner and external entities/agencies.
Negotiate effectively with clients to finalize planning and pricing details.
Build comprehensive partner recap documents for each campaign in collaboration with analytics, marketing, merchandising and other key LOBs.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights for business optimization.
Cultivate strategic marketing plans to attract and retain clients, leveraging our diverse platforms.
Proactively engage with new prospects.
Demonstrate strategic thinking and marketing acumen in the sales approach.
Work cross‑collaboratively to explore and develop additional revenue streams across all channels.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
3‑5 years of media sales experience, preferably in retail media sales, trade channel marketing, agency sales or another related area.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM tools.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ideal candidate is a self‑starter, comfortable working cross‑functionally and as part of a team.
Maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
