Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, you’ll collaborate with agencies and cross-functional partners to execute full-funnel strategies that align with brand priorities and seasonal initiatives. In this role, you’ll manage campaign setup, monitor performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations—all while contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. If you have hands-on paid media experience and are ready to deepen your expertise in a fast-paced, col**What You Bring*** Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field* Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, advertising or media planning - ideally with a DTC e-commerce brand or performance-focused agency* Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, Bing, Amazon and affiliate programs (preferred).* Strong understanding of performance marketing KPI's and campaign evaluation against business goals* Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (GA4, Domo, Excel)* Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external agencies* Eagerness to grow within performance marketing and contribute to full-funnel media strategies.**Our Commitment to You**At Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
