Join a dynamic and growing company as a Circulation Manager! As a key player in the distribution and delivery of products, the Circulation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of individuals while ensuring efficient operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Manage and train a team of carriers
Develop and implement procedures for distribution and delivery of products
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
Monitor and analyze distribution and delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels
Work with internal staff / Publisher to help increase and / or strategically align circulation of both products
Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
About the Role
Hybrid work schedule. We are open to a hybrid schedule with some days working at home
and some days in the office.
This is a full-time position and pay will depend on experience. The target salary range for this role is $55,000 to $75,000 per year.

Circulation Manager Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in circulation management or related field
Proven experience leading and managing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software
