What You’ll Do

Build Relationships:

Connect with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and other key referral sources.

Drive Outreach:

Conduct calls, meetings, and events to promote our Assisted Living communities.

Facilitate Admissions:

Guide prospective residents through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless transition.

Promote Our Communities:

Share information about care options, services, and amenities with potential residents and their families.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in Assisted Living sales, case management, or social work.

Knowledgeable:

Familiarity with DHS guidelines for customized living and residential care services.

Driven and Independent:

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
