Support residential sales efforts in Canoga Park by assisting with AT&T Fiber activations and wireless device upgrades, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Contribute to territory growth by reviewing enrollment data and applying insights to strengthen AT&T’s sales strategies. Provide clear product knowledge on AT&T smartphones, wireless devices, and Fiber services to help residents make informed decisions. Assist with onboarding tasks by reinforcing AT&T compliance standards, secure data handling, and proper device logistics. Help resolve residential service challenges such as Fiber installation requirements, wireless compatibility, and account transitions with structured solutions.
