Where You Will Work Looking to live in a small town with big opportunities? Our Bagdad operations in Arizona offers housing at a subsidized rate, a family-friendly atmosphere and numerous amenities including an aquatic center, golf course and fitness center. Located 100 miles northwest of Phoenix, Bagdad is home to the world's first commercial‑scale concentrate leach processing facility, as well as one of the longest continuously operating solvent extraction/electrowinning plants in the world. Description Responsible for ensuring that all properties within company townsite adhere to lease terms & conditions. Maintain internal property standards by conducting inspections, identifying compliance issues, and coordinating necessary repairs or corrective actions. Continuously collect and manage data about compliance programs and best practices while maintaining legal and operational integrity across all properties.
Conduct Townsite audits to ensure compliance with the agreements between tenants and landlord as outlined in the lease while maintaining and executing inspection schedules.
Take photographs of any violation with date stamp and attach to tenant's record. Create inspection notices, and distribute notices as needed.
Maintain comprehensive record‑keeping system of all inspections and audits.
Assist in managing overall program effectiveness, including timeliness, evaluate issues as needed and provide training to investigators and cross‑functional teams to meet average inspection timelines and ensure thorough reports.
Continuously review company housing policies and procedures. Stay abreast of Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act changes and revisions. Assist in policy and procedure review and reconciliation.
Manage content for local SharePoint sites, Property Management Systems programs, inspection programs.
Continuously collect data about compliance programs and best practices and relate them to internal program results to support business units in developing and documenting compliance programs, including planning communications and training.
Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience: Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED AND at least 3 years of related experience in HOA, audits, legal, compliance or government relations administration.
Unwavering commitment to compliance, ethics and integrity.
Understanding of client confidentiality ethics rules along with the willingness and ability to keep client and department matters strictly confidential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability and willingness to quickly learn new software programs.
Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
Ability to organize and manage a variety of projects at one time.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced office and effectively work with time and pressure constraints.
Must be able to pay close attention to detail and quickly distinguish between similar matters and issues.
Criteria/Conditions:
Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel‑toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.

What We Offer You The estimated pay range for this role is currently
$26.73 - $40.10/hour . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job‑related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
