Role Description As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a central role in driving new business and building partnerships with top‑tier brands.

Your main responsibility is to identify high‑potential companies, reach out to senior decision‑makers (such as CMOs, VPs of Marketing and Heads of Brand) and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.

You will work hands‑on with outbound prospecting every day, using email, LinkedIn and sales tools to build a strong pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with the founders and the commercial team to refine targeting, messaging, and the overall outreach strategy.

Responsibilities

Identify high‑potential clients with large marketing and media budgets (e.g. Fortune 500, VC‑backed growth companies, major B2B brands)

Research target accounts and precisely identify key decision‑makers and stakeholders

Build, structure and manage lead lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems

Send high volumes of targeted outbound emails every day, combining personalised 1:1 outreach with smart automation

Follow a proven outreach playbook while contributing your own insight and ideas to improve it

Qualify leads, book discovery calls and hand over opportunities to the founders/sales team

Collaborate closely with the founders and sales team to optimise lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline performance

Track activity and pipeline metrics with discipline and continuously improve based on data

Your Profile You are a positive, driven and commercially minded person who thrives in outbound prospecting and enjoys building relationships with senior stakeholders. You are used to high activity levels, take ownership of your results and are motivated by creating tangible impact for the business.

You are structured, curious and resourceful – the kind of person who can find and contact dozens of relevant decision‑makers every day without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales role

Proven track record of high‑volume outbound email outreach to senior decision‑makers

Strong understanding of the marketing and media landscape – or the ability to quickly identify brands with marketing budgets

Experience working with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email platforms and CRM systems

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify the proper accounts and contacts

Self‑driven, structured and comfortable working towards clear activity and pipeline targets

Desirable

Experience working with advertising, media, martech or out‑of‑home campaigns

Experience selling to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Brand or similar senior stakeholders

Background from fast‑growing, VC‑backed or international B2B companies

Additional language skills besides English
