Who’s Right for This Position? We’re looking for self‑motivated, reliable, driven individuals who provide outstanding customer service experiences. Excellent communication skills, active listening, a personable demeanor, and a willingness to coach and empower technicians are essential. A strong team ethic and openness to coaching are also required.
Responsibilities
Deliver energetic, exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
Communicate and connect with technicians to complete vehicle needs.
Supervise bays and build computerized repair orders while sourcing parts.
Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers while promoting shop service specials.
Conduct customer consulting and sales for vehicle needs.
Lead, assist, and empower a team while aligning with the company’s vision and core values.
Meet weekly and monthly matrix goals.
Communicate with vendors and maintain strong relationships.
Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision.
Retirement Plan 401K with matching.
