A rapidly growing residential real estate operator is seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Sales Rep to help expand its pipeline of resident applications by building strong relationships with local universities, hospitals, and major employers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, and creating long-term referral channels that directly support leasing growth and community engagement.

Responsibilities Include:

Building relationships with universities, hospitals, and large businesses to generate resident application referrals

Recruiting, supporting, and managing referral agents

Conducting regular outreach, networking, and community engagement

Organizing and tracking outreach efforts and referral performance

Representing the organization at local events and community gatherings

Collaborating with internal teams to align outreach with occupancy goals

Ideal Qualifications:

Outgoing, personable, and proactive

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Organ, goal-driven, and able to work independently

Experience in sales, outreach, or marketing is a plus but not required

Comfortable with local travel (expenses covered)

Salary:

$50k – $85k/Year (base + commission)
