Field Sales Rep II- Parts Country/Region: US
Location: Mukilteo, WA, US
Job Description About the team:
The team at Mukilteo is a small and close group of 7 made up of 3 technicians, a tech. rep., a logistics coordinator, and sales. The group is very supportive of each other. Our service dept. is responsible for all ZF Marine products, and we support the west coast of North America. Being a small team means we all must cover each other on occasion if needed.
What you can look forward to as a Field Sales Rep:
Writing up quotes and sales orders
Converting online orders into sales orders
You can expect to interact with multiple people daily through phone, email, text, in person.
Getting answers for customers by using parts manuals and drawings
Contacting the factory for pricing and availability, following up on open requests
Helping customers find the right parts for their ZF marine equipment
Your profile as a Field Sales Rep:
Experience reviewing drawings and identifying parts from exploded views
Using computer programs for making quotes and orders
Clear communication skills, verbal and written
Timely responses and follow ups with customers
Organization of files, customer docs, and other record keeping
Degree preferred but not required if experience is extensive
