The Company Infintium Fuel Cell Systems, Inc. is developing nextgeneration small and medium fuel cell systems in the Greenville, SC area. Infintiumis a small team, the candidate must be capable of setting and meeting goalsreliably, with limited oversight. While there are controls and processescurrently in place, the candidate will have the opportunity to guide futureimprovements in the system and ultimately has a significant influence on thecompany’s profitability.

Job Overview Infintium is looking for an Account Manager serves as theprimary point of contact for the specifically assigned/designated accountsensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns they mayhave. They cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage accountinquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional serviceand support.

Essential Job Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary pointof contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring theirsatisfaction with the company's products or services.

Business Development: Identify opportunities for upsellingor cross-selling to existing clients, and actively seek new salesopportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliversolutions that meet client expectations and resolve any issues.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze client data to improve account performance and prepare regular reports on client activity andperformance metrics.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic accountplans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Maintain accurate records of account interactions,transactions, and communications in the CRM system.

Monitor account performance and satisfaction, conductregular check-ins and solicit feedback to ensure expectations are met orexceeded.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments,and competitor activities related to assigned accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration,marketing, or a related field is typically required.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management ora similar role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills are essential for effective client interaction andcollaboration with internal teams.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client concerns andprovide effective solutions to

CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with account managementsoftware (CRM) to track client interactions and manage accounts effectively.
