* Strong understanding of engagement programs (primarily direct mail, content syndication and meeting setting programs) and their roles within integrated demand generation and regional marketing plans.* Excellent project management and organizational skills — able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.* Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially with sales, regional marketing, operations, and creative teams.* Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure impact, optimize campaigns, and report performance.* Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for testing, learning, and innovating.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Sendoso).* Team oriented with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet expectations and deadlines across multiple projects.* Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to evolve with the business.**Minimum Qualifications*** 3+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign operations, or marketing programs.* Experience managing end-to-end direct mail campaigns (strategy through execution and analysis).* Proven ability to drive measurable business results — pipeline growth, influenced revenue, engagement rates, etc.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).* Experience working in Marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e. Marketo, Salesforce)* Experience with API integrations, attribution and BI tools (Tableau).* Experience working with direct mail vendors (Sendoso), logistics providers, and fulfillment processes.* Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) principles and multi-channel campaign integration.* Track record of producing high quality MQLs that translate into revenue.* To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.* Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers.* We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use.
