Description
Job Overview:
As a Community Association Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading our entire on-site operation. You will effectively manage relationships with all departments across the property to ensure that company objectives are met. Our Community Association Managers partner with Regional Directors and Boards of Directors to implement projects, overcome challenges, and provide quality service to our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, Board expectations are met, and respond promptly to questions/problems.
Maintain knowledge and understanding of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Initiate contact with new residents.
Conduct site inspections regularly, identify deficiencies, and provide recommendations and action plans to improve the property.
Oversee all construction projects and ensure property maintenance/improvement projects are completed on time and within budget.
Create, maintain, and upload a wide variety of information in our portal, including work orders, meeting minutes, and reports.
Interview, select, hire, train, and schedule staff, ensuring proper coverage and staffing levels. Provide guidance and assist in problem resolution.
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Certified and licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM).
Critical thinking, problem solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows.
Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Knowledge of Florida Statutes and community documents.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs following safety procedures.
Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb.
Ability to respond to emergencies promptly.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
What We Offer:
Full-time exempt benefits including multiple medical plans, dental, vision, paid holidays, time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Occasional travel may be required.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $95,000 annually
