Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional guest service.
Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance.
Process transactions using the point‑of‑sale system.
Contribute to store operations, including ordering merchandise and managing inventory.
Execute planograms and merchandising strategies to drive sales.
Required Skills
Demonstrated experience in retail management.
Strong product knowledge and the ability to style merchandise.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle cash management and bank deposits.
Experience with loyalty marketing and cosmetic sales.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with replenishing and pulling merchandise.
Knowledge of sanitation and store cleanliness standards.
Previous experience with cash handling and cashier skills.
Salary & Benefits
Minimum Salary: $37,000.00
Maximum Salary: $44,000.00
