Unlicensed Class Begins: February 23, 2026 Licensed Class Begins: March 9, 2026 Pay Details
Base salary $45,000 with growth potential; average earnings $55k‑$75k combining base and commission. Top performers can earn $85k+. Position Details
Remote work with 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day schedule. All equipment and high‑speed internet provided. 16‑week training for licensed hires, 18‑week for unlicensed. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls—only incoming warm leads. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, match correct coverages and products, and convert leads into policyholders. Qualifications
