This individual will shape the direction and success of the Campaign Strategy team while serving as a critical link between the team and organizational goals to drive revenue and client satisfaction.**Team Support and Leadership:** Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Campaign Strategy Team, ensuring team members are empowered with the expertise and resources required to excel in their roles. Cultivate a collaborative environment that enhances productivity and morale.**Proposal Development:** Spearhead the creation of innovative and client-focused sales proposals by partnering with Sales teams to thoroughly assess and address client needs. Ensure proposals are strategically aligned with organizational goals and consistently exceed client expectations.**Strategic Inventory Optimization:** Lead the selection and utilization of inventory for advertising campaigns to optimize Clear Channel’s asset portfolio and maximize returns. Champion data-driven decisions to enhance campaign outcomes, ensuring inventory is leveraged effectively to deliver measurable results.**Business Relations:** Strengthen and expand key internal business relationships to amplify sales initiatives and foster collaborative success. Serve as a liaison to align team efforts with broader organizational objectives.**Complex RFP Handling:** Manage and accelerate response times for high-stakes and complex RFP situations with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely and impactful solutions.**Training and Development:** Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding and skill development. Provide continuous coaching and actionable feedback to elevate team performance.**Performance Management:** Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive insights and setting clear goals to drive individual and team growth.**Meeting Facilitation:** Lead and actively contribute to team meetings, ensuring discussions are goal-oriented and outcomes are actionable.**Education and Certifications**Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience**Work Experience**4+ years’ experience working in an advertising sale, client services, or agency environment is required. 2+ years’ experience supervising a team is preferred.**Skills*** Ability to assess workload and develop metrics* Ability to coach and develop a team* Ability to work in a team environment* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**Competency*** Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.* Strategic Thinking: Strong capacity for developing strategic proposals and inventory selection.* Communication: Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining business relations.* Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.* Sales Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of sales strategies and advertising campaigns.**Physical Demands**The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
