We are on the lookout for someone extraordinary to join us as a Greater London-based Field Sales Manager, Impulse, where you will support the growth of our exciting brand across the impulse and convenience channel by leading and developing a small field sales team. Combining hands‑on field activity with coaching, planning, and performance tracking, this role focuses on driving distribution, visibility, and execution standards in‑store and local depots. This role would suit a strong NAE or FSE stepping up into their first Management level role with some people management experience. Key responsibilities include:

Lead, motivate, and support a small team of Field Sales Executives

Deliver strong in‑store execution across wholesalers, forecourts, and independent retailers

Plan and prioritise field coverage to maximise ROI and reach key stores

Brief the team on promotions, NPD launches, and merchandising standards

Monitor performance using store data, EPOS, photos, and feedback

Build strong relationships with store managers and regional contacts

Support new product launches with excellent in‑store execution

Manage core reporting, performance tracking, and issue escalation

Work closely with internal teams to align national plans with in‑store execution

Act as a professional brand ambassador and role model in the field

ABOUT YOU

Some experience in field sales, merchandising, or retail within FMCG is preferred but not essential

Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to coach and motivate others

Highly organised with the ability to plan routes, manage time, and prioritise effectively

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced SME environment and willing to be hands‑on

Positive, resilient, and proactive approach to problem‑solving

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
