As a Key Account Manager, you will be the trusted partner for R&D leaders in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry, nurturing long-term relationships and opening new doors for collaboration. Your impact? Helping life-changing therapies reach patients faster. You’ll join a passionate team of ten business development professionals and report directly to the Sales Manager. This is your chance to combine scientific understanding with commercial insight in a role that truly matters. Maintain and expand an existing portfolio of (bio)pharmaceutical clients Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting Represent Quality Assistance at scientific events (conferences, symposia) Conduct on-site clients meetings for presentations and technical discussions Organise and host clients visits at our facilities Assess client needs and initiate the quotation process Prepare and negotiate proposals based on internal technical input Collaborate with Scientific Operations to ensure smooth project execution Monitor biopharma R&D market trends and share insights with the Business Development team Skills you'll need to bring

To succeed in this role, you'll demonstrate: University degree in Life Sciences Proven experience in a similar role Fluency in French and English proficiency (minimum B2 level) Ability to prospect and establish new business relationships Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills High energy, organised, and performance-driven Willingness to travel frequently Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development Our commitment to you
