Regional Property Manager

to join their Silver Spring, MD office. As a key leader, you will oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities, drive operational and financial performance, and ensure exceptional experiences for residents, employees, and ownership. This role is ideal for a motivated, organized, and customer-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. What You’ll Do Oversee operational and financial management for a multifamily portfolio across MD and/or VA. Drive occupancy goals through leases, renewals, and retention strategies. Meet or exceed budgeted revenue, NOI, and Excess Receipts targets. Prepare and present monthly owner reports and quarterly reviews. Build strong client, vendor, and resident relationships. Partner with Marketing on reputation management, including social media reviews and ratings. Develop and empower property teams, ensuring succession planning and growth opportunities. Lead hiring efforts, performance management, and employee engagement. Stay on top of market trends, competitive properties, and regional opportunities. Promote and reinforce company core values: respect, responsibility, communication, commitment, decision-making, and confidentiality. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or related field. 5+ years of multifamily property management experience (Regional Manager level preferred). Class A, conventional, and affordable housing experience (fee/third-party management a plus). Proficiency with OneSite and RealPage software platforms. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and unify teams. Excellent financial, analytical, and communication skills.
