Shift Managers with previous McDonald’s Management Experience and Opening and/or Closing availability up to $19 / hour. Shift Managers with previous McDonald’s Management Experience and limited availability up to $18 / hour. We have flexible scheduling, we will work around your schedule and availability.

Responsibilities

Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.

Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service and cleanliness.

Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

May also be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion to work the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.

Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
