Position SAR High School is looking to hire an experienced senior educator to join its administrative team for the 2026-2027 school year as Director of General Studies.
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of the General Studies program, including hiring faculty and managing the curriculum.
Supervise staff, place students in classes, and communicate with parents.
Provide professional development across disciplines and integrate technology.
Strategically plan with department chairs and build strong connections with students, parents, and faculty.
Model ethical standards and uphold the school's mission while teaching to the same level of excellence as an administrator.
Compensation The expected salary range for this position is
$160,000–$190,000
based on experience and qualifications. This range represents our good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined at the time of offer.
