How You Will Make an Impact

Manage assigned books of business, guiding internal resources, and delegating tasks effectively under experienced leadership.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding insurance policies, coverages, claims, and billing inquiries.

Spearhead the renewal process, lead marketing efforts, and secure new business placements, supported by Client Executives.

Cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with clients and carriers alike, fostering trust and collaboration.

Grow your expertise in insurance policies, coverage, and industry trends through continuous learning and development opportunities.

What You Will Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum two years of experience in an insurance agency specializing in property and, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Property and Casualty insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Demonstrated proficiency in professional verbal and written communication.

Knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, sales processes, and workflow procedures.

Team player mentality, delegating effectively and fostering trust among colleagues.

Proficiency in technical skills, including Microsoft Office suite and agency management systems (e.g., EPIC).
