Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Inside Sales Representative Salary: $65,000 with an additional 10% commission

Job Summary Develop and execute sales account plans with customers both locally and nationwide. Consult with clients and advise about Pro Pac packaging materials. Assess processes, product quality, and environmental factors to develop solutions that increase productivity and improve total cost. Works well in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing business climate.

Main Responsibilities

Cultivate new customers through prospecting - networking, telephone cold calling, and e‑mail digital marketing.

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up.

Respond to company provided web leads from prospects throughout the US and reactivate dormant accounts.

Re‑engage dormant Pro Pac customers/prospects and reactivate them into the sales process.

Uncover and secure new business within your existing accounts.

Maintain and expand database of prospects within targeted geographies.

Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.

Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Understand customer’s needs, requirements and the process designed to move them through to a successful sale.

Close consumable packaging products and equipment sales and achieve monthly quotas.

Research new accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

Consultative selling focused on the customer’s business needs.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency when addressing customer inquiries, utilizing internal resources, and closing sales.

Expand product offering within accounts to include new product lines and categories.

Utilize video meeting platforms/telephone to conduct sales process and close sales.

Sales Strategy Development – Identifies accounts and opportunities to pursue after considering company size, probability of closing, effort, and other factors. Uses a systematic approach to generate multiple alternatives and make comparisons of potential solutions.

Exceptional presentation skills and interpersonal communication.

Negotiate with vendors and manufacturers.

Foster a positive work environment with fellow employees, vendors, and customers.

Participate actively in company‑sponsored training sessions, regularly scheduled sales meetings, and other company functions.

Properly communicate announced product and price changes, availability conditions and other pertinent announcements to your applicable customers.

Maintain all customer files accurately, including key contacts, sales history, and potential sales data in Salesforce.

Assist training and mentoring new hires.

Qualifications

General – Innovative problem solver, recognizes customer needs, provides alternatives, sells & implements solutions.

Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of outbound calls daily.

Strong listening and presentation skills. Comfortable making sales presentations via video meeting platforms.

Ability to effectively manage a sales target list and the selling process.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM’s.

Ability to work independently, successfully manage accounts, work under pressure, and adapt to changes in the work environment.

Education/Experience – Bachelor’s degree in business/related field or relevant sales experience.

Languages – Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal, a plus.

Professional Principles – Maintain a professional relationship when interacting with customers, vendors, and employees; maintain a positive work environment and recognize that this is a shared responsibility with recognition, respect, cooperation, and open communication.

Skills and Competencies – Proven track record of meeting goals; demonstrated experience prospecting, value‑added consultative selling skills, and project management; strong business and financial acumen; exceptional level of self‑motivation, competitiveness, and drive; a strong work ethic and commitment to exceeding financial and professional goals; quality customer service skills.
