Description The Direct Seller is responsible for engaging with prospective customers to educate them about our home remodeling solutions and generate sales opportunities. This role involves face‑to‑face interactions with homeowners, presenting our products and services, and guiding them through the sales process. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong ability to build trust, handle objections, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct direct sales presentations to homeowners in assigned territories, events, or referrals.
Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our remodeling services.
Develop relationships and establish rapport with homeowners to generate trust and confidence.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and engage new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and canvassing.
Participate in community events, trade shows, and other outreach activities to attract potential customers.
Work closely with the marketing and inside sales teams to maximize lead conversion.
Consultative Selling & Closing
Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that fit their home improvement goals.
Overcome objections and negotiate terms to achieve successful sales outcomes.
Close sales agreements and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately.
Requirements Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in direct sales, in‑home sales, or a similar commission‑based sales role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven by sales success.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territories.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
