Responsibilities
Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas products while maintaining a professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
Deliver accurate product information and help customers select the best solutions to lower their energy costs.
Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation.
Document and report all sales activity accurately and submit all required paperwork completely.
Collaborate with teammates to accomplish shared goals and celebrate success.
Avoid door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing activities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Six (6) months prior retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Maintain customer confidentiality.
