Sales Channel Partner Manager USA & Canada
expanding our OT security awareness training platform into Canadian & US market. As we expand into this market, we seek a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Channel Partner Manager to drive growth and partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell our cybersecurity training platform in Canada & USA.
Identify and engage potential customers across critical infrastructure sectors such as Energy, Water, Mining & Manufacturing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Build and manage channel sales partner relationships to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
Present and demonstrate our training solutions to key decision‑makers, highlighting the value proposition.
Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and execute targeted campaigns.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team based in Sydney, Australia.
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of sales experience in cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, or recruit mentor training solutions.
Ideally a strong network and understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem in Canada or USA.
Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Experience in B2B sales, especially with large enterprises.
