Join Luminovo as our first Account Executive in North America, driving growth through B2B SaaS sales in the electronics supply chain sector.
Base Pay Range $120,000 - $154,000 per year.
Your Opportunity
Experienced SaaS sales enthusiast.
Strategic consultant to customers, not transactional sales agent.
Sell B2B software that makes measurable impact on a trillion‑dollar industry.
Your Performance Objectives Own the full sales cycle: generate pipeline, qualify leads, close deals.
Pipeline Generation
Build a strong network within the electronics industry (EMS, OEM, partners) in the DACH market; attend sales fairs and establish local positioning with marketing support.
Generate interest via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach; use sales enablement material and prospecting tools.
Qualify leads through customer‑centric discovery meetings, uncover pain points, and articulate value size.
Key Selling Activities
Inspire with product demos tailored to customer pain.
Prove value through workshops and ROI calculations.
Close deals, negotiate win‑win trades, and handover to customer success.
Expertise & Leadership
Provide industry insights; collaborate with product experts.
Deepen knowledge of B2B SaaS sales and apply SPICED framework.
Track metrics, mentor junior colleagues, and embrace continuous improvement.
