Role Summary We’re hiring a Sales Representative for Cumulus Media Indianapolis. Do you have a passion for building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals? If you’re fearless, competitive, and ready to sell some of the biggest brands in Indy, we want you on our team.
Cumulus Media Indianapolis is looking for a great Sales Representative—someone who knows how to hunt for new business and thrives on winning. You don’t need media sales experience—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new client relationships across Central Indiana with opportunity to sell nationwide.
Sell a wide range of digital marketing solutions: social, email, display, OTT/CTV, streaming audio & more.
Pitch high‑impact campaigns that connect brands with our massive local audience.
Collaborate with a team of creative pros and local on‑air talent.
Represent radio stations that are LIVE, LOCAL, and deeply connected to the community.
Qualifications
1‑3+ years of outside sales experience (any industry).
A proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
A “hunter” mindset—you love the thrill of the chase.
Digital savvy—you understand how to sell and position modern marketing tools.
Curiosity, creativity, and confidence when talking to business decision‑makers.
