Inside Sales Representative – FASTSIGNS®
Join our FASTSIGNS® team as an Inside Sales Representative. This is an hourly position paying $20/hr with potential bonuses based on sales. The role involves driving revenue growth, generating leads, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers at the FASTSIGNS Center.
Follow up on inbound calls and emails from customers and potential customers.
Build and maintain prospect lists, making "cold calls" to businesses to seek new sign jobs.
Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the center’s success.
Develop long‑lasting relationships, turning prospects into long‑term clients.
Qualifications
2–3 years of customer service excellence.
Outgoing, energetic, responsive, and eager to learn. Ability to build relationships.
Excellent listening and organization skills.
Ability to sit for long periods (4+ hours) and view a computer screen for long periods.
Ability to work under pressure to produce high‑volume, high‑quality work.
