What You'll Do As our
Senior Living Recreation Director , you will:
Plan and lead engaging social, recreational, cultural, and religious activities
Create monthly activity calendars and newsletters
Oversee and enhance the community transportation program
Coordinate and supervise events and team members
Ensure activities meet residents' needs while staying within budget
Participate in training and maintain confidentiality standards
Your creativity will directly enhance residents' quality of life and create meaningful daily experiences.
What We're Looking For
Experience working in recreation or life enrichment at a senior living facility
Ability to design a diverse activity program for seniors
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Team player with a positive, collaborative mindset
Genuine desire to work with elderly residents
