Responsibilities Retail Sales Consultants will confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our proven selling process and bedMatch diagnostic system. They will provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience that focuses on improving customers’ lives through our sleep solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends with a typical 4–5 day week offering 40–55 hours.
Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and reset showroom floor.
High energy, enthusiasm, team‑oriented attitude.
Enjoy meeting, interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
Comfortable using tablets, mobile POS, and bedMatch system.
