Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering WOW! or 5‑Star service. Interact face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport. Meet monthly sales goals and metrics. Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers. Work independently and on a team selling self‑storage spaces, managing the leasing process, accepting payments using our POS system, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments. Property Maintenance
Physical requirements include daily walks of the property and cleaning the units and the property, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.). Maintain the facility through mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar light activities. Keep a clean and safe storage facility to ensure conditions meet company guidelines (e.g., clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fences, walls, doors). Team Culture and Growth

You must have the ability to work Saturdays. Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation during the workday. While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder. Some locations may require Sunday hours.
