The Sales Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and selling new business within their assigned territory. The successful candidate possesses the talent and skill to door‑knock businesses and persuade prospects to meet and speak with you. The Sales Account Executive works independently with personal drive and a proven track record of closing sales and exceeding quotas. We are looking for someone with a phenomenal work ethic, a contagious personality, and a can‑do attitude.

Essential Job Functions

Follow the established SpectrumVoIP sales generation process, including door‑knocking and speaking with decision makers in person.

Use HubSpot to document all sales interactions.

Use daily sales activity tools such as Spotio and CRM.

Set new appointments and conduct face‑to‑face meetings with decision makers.

Achieve appointment‑setting and appointment‑attending targets.

Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Requirements

Ability to self‑manage and work independently, as well as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.

A valid driver’s license.

Reliable transportation.

Valid public liability and property damage insurance.

Viable remote home office.

Computer and highly reliable broadband internet access.

Travel within a designated sales territory.
