Sales Development Representative
Join the sales team at *PAR Technology* as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), learning to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities while driving revenue for a high‑growth business.
Position Location Greater Minneapolis‑St. Paul, MN – St. Louis Park, MN office.
Reports To SDR Manager.
Requirements
A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A genuine interest in sales, marketing, or technology
Self‑starter attitude with curiosity and willingness to learn
Coachable, organized, and persistent
Additional Skills
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or fundraising
Familiarity with CRM or sales tools
Passion for tech, SaaS, or restaurant operations
What you will be doing
Research and identify potential customers through LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other prospecting tools
Assist in crafting and sending outbound emails in SalesLoft, Gong, and LinkedIn messages
Help manage inbound lead follow‑ups and set meetings for Account Executives
Learn to qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign performance and optimization
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and 1:1 coaching calls
