They implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout, adapt and customize programs to fit each athlete, and maintain regular contact to monitor progress. D1 Coaches are integral to our success and growth. Job Summary We are seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic individual to join our Recruiting team. This role involves handling incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact. Nurturing leads through the sales process. Logging and managing all client notes and contacts accurately. Prescribing and selling the appropriate service based on the client’s needs and goals. Qualifications High-energy individual. At least 1 year of experience in sales. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service setting, ideally in the fitness industry.
