Order Desk

Sales Associate

to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their needs and ensure an excellent experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. You can make up to $20/hr after your first year by meeting training milestones within the first year. Responsibilities

Inside sales and customer service with homeowner and contractor clientele. Customer Interaction & Customer Relationships: greet customers, assist with selections, log selections into CRM, operate register/order desk. Communication: answer phone, respond to inquiries, monitor and reply to work email, provide order updates, look up orders, develop relationships, and handle requests or complaints (escalate when necessary). Learn to collect payments, create orders/invoices, coordinate with warehouse for pickup, manage special orders and invoices, schedule orders for dispatch and deliveries, develop product knowledge, and participate in sales initiatives with bonuses based on company goals. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications/Requirements

1–2 years of sales/customer service experience; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required. Interest in outdoor living and home design. Reliable attendance and ability to complete projects; active participation in company events and meetings. Skills

Clear reading, writing, and communication; computer literacy including Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong math skills and interest in learning estimating; enthusiasm for sales best practices and excellent customer service. Strong follow-through, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills; adaptability to changing needs. Team player, collaborative, eager to learn, with integrity and professionalism; interest in construction/hardscape. Casual dress; willingness to contribute to a positive, supportive work environment. Full-time role with overtime eligibility and potential bonuses based on performance. Compensation: $18/hr upon hire; growth opportunities available after evaluation periods with potential raises based on performance and role expansion. Benefits
