location. Metals USA is a leading metals processor/distributor in North America, providing a wide range of carbon steel products and services. Metals USA is a solid, growth-oriented company servicing the defense, commercial construction, and road construction and fabrication industries.

Enter customer orders and track them from mill order through shipment to the customer
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a timely and accurate response
Communicate with customers regarding their orders
Interact with Outside Sales, Quality Assurance and Purchasing on a routine basis
Represent Metals USA in a positive and professional manner
Resolve customer service issues as needed by working within the team
Regular and predictable attendance is required
Quote customers on spot opportunities from time to time
Learn the industry trends and understand customer demand / forecast trends
Monitor, analyze and communicate sales data to contribute to production service schedule

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 18 years of age
Three (3) or more years of business to business (B2B) Sales
Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers verbally and in writing
Ability to multi-task with effective results
Possess good problem solving, time management and organizational skills
Must have a professional demeanor and an ability to communicate effectively
Computer Literacy w/ Microsoft Office Products
