The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and services. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, and promotions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Passion for cars and knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles is highly desirable.
