Millwright with Foreman-level abilities
to join their team. This is a long-term, permanent role with excellent stability, strong compensation, and the chance to directly impact production success.

What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor other millwrights and maintenance techs on mechanical repairs and installs
Troubleshoot machinery and production equipment with precision
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics
Perform high-quality welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG/stick preferred)
Install, align, dismantle, and rebuild industrial machinery
Diagnose complex mechanical issues and implement long-term solutions
Support continuous improvement projects across the facility
Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For
Experienced Millwright
with strong hands-on mechanical skills
Leadership or Foreman experience
(or ready to take that next step!)
Excellent troubleshooting abilities — you don’t guess, you diagnose
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
Strong welding skills (MIG, TIG, stick, and fabrication experience)
Confident working with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, etc.
A self-starter who takes ownership and pride in their work
Someone who wants to grow — professionally and personally
