Responsibilities
Conduct In-Home consultations with residential and commercial clients.
Close $100,000 - $200,000 of sales monthly with a close rate of 50% or greater.
Understand client's vision and motivations, speak to what matters.
Present tailored solutions and guide them through the decision-making process.
Collaborate with our design and installation teams.
Follow up timely with professionalism.
Track and work within our CRM (ServiceMinder).
Consistent travel within our territory – Salt Lake, Summit, Davis, and Weber Counties.
Beneficial skills that will crush it
High Ticket Sales - remodeling, design, real estate, medical sales, etc.
In-home or in person consultive sales
Experience guiding customers through emotional decisions.
Passionate about helping people improve their space.
Home or interior design, home staging, home organization, or home updating experience.
