Job Description Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) seeks a strategic Global Analyst Relations leader to advance HPE’s leadership position in Hybrid Cloud. Reporting to the Global Director of Analyst Relations, you will drive strategy, senior‑level executive engagements, and a comprehensive program that drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Industry Analyst function for a designated suite of HPE products and manage all inbound and outbound communication to the analyst community.
Serve as product lead for HPE GreenLake with technical acumen in IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud.
Trusted advisor to C‑suite and executive leadership.
Create and execute strategic plans to open markets, grow share of voice, and drive positive analyst coverage and media references.
Target, develop, and maintain positive relationships with key analysts, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage a regular cadence of analyst engagements, research requests, AR calendar, and cross‑functional marketing activities.
Collaborate with the AR team on overlapping areas of technology interest, reporting, events, and general planning.
Support product planning and strategic guidance with industry analyst insights.
Represent HPE at industry tradeshows, analyst tours, conferences, and other events.
Qualifications
Strong background in analyst relations and corporate communications with established analyst relationships.
10+ years of experience in AR marketing or communications.
High levels of tact, diplomacy, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced matrixed environment.
Excellent written and editing skills with the ability to assess competition and research relevance.
Passion to execute with excellence and minimal supervision.
Comfortable as a spokesperson for the company.
Affinity for technology and continuous learning.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess competition and research relevance.
Education and Experience Required
BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Salary USD Annual Salary: $119,500.00 - $275,000.00
