RELATIONSHIP BANKER / SRRB - Eagles Park The Relationship Banker / SRRB – Eagles Park role focuses on delivering an industry‑leading client service experience through the development and expansion of new and existing customer relationships. This position involves consultative sales of financial solutions, cross‑training in teller duties, and collaborating with internal specialists to meet client and branch goals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Exercise advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution, and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience, and other product and service lines.

Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services and developing, expanding, and retaining relationships.

Support team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring more complex client needs or financial goals to internal specialists.

Participate fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.

Commit to advancing individual knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge by attending meetings, training classes, and web‑based learning.

Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.

Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while staying informed of all policy changes.

Lead sales initiatives within the branch and act as an expert resource.

Provide professional client service, ensuring a consistent experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation while conducting transactions and uncovering needs.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education.

4 years of client sales and service experience.

Experience with sourcing, prospecting, and building client relationships.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, meeting all regulatory requirements.

Ability to multi‑task under time constraints.

Willingness to travel as required for temporary staffing needs.

Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; occasional out‑of‑state travel or overnight stays may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher.

Experience handling multiple priorities under time constraints.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional response to clients with high service quality.

Experience selling deposit, credit, and retirement products to consumers and small business clients.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

General understanding of bank operations, policies, and procedures.
