Work closely with a well-established client and play a key role in the success of live events and interactive customer experiences. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to help you thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Support the daily execution of live events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
Serve as a liaison between clients and customers to ensure a seamless experience
Assist in achieving goals related to brand awareness, outreach, and fundraising
Participate in team meetings and hands‑on training sessions
Contribute creative ideas to improve event performance and customer satisfaction
Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
Collect and report customer feedback and campaign performance data
Provide updates to leadership and support team strategy discussions
Continuously develop communication, organization, and customer service skills
Qualifications
Interest in marketing, events, customer service, or sales
No prior experience required – full training provided
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent time management
Positive attitude with a team‑first mindset
