About The Role The Account Executive, Global role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity to manage high‑velocity sales cycles while navigating strategic, multi‑stakeholder deals.

The cycle ranges from a single call to several months and targets six‑digit ARR with multiple stakeholders.

Account Executives focus on inbound opportunities and have the chance to work in two sales motions—co‑sell and solo‑sell—in partnership with a Solutions Engineer for complex opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Run sales cycles from discovery and demo to close.

Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently.

Manage pipeline in Salesforce to progress it and forecast revenue accurately.

Become a product expert across our entire platform and stay knowledgeable of the competitive landscape.

Collaborate closely with peers across Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.

Qualifications

BA/BS Degree.

2+ years sales experience and 1+ year closing experience, particularly in SaaS B2B markets.

Experience carrying a $800 K+ annual quota.

Proven success (top 10% of sales organization).

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products.

We highly value in‑office collaboration; for office‑based employees located within 40 miles of a Rippling office, working in the office at least three days a week is considered an essential function.

Compensation: This role offers a competitive On‑Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity.

For US employees, the base/variable pay split is 50/50 and aligned with one of the compensation tiers listed below.

Final offers may vary based on background, experience, and location.

Tier 1: $160,000 OTE.

Commission is not guaranteed.
